What happens during the beta period?
All waitlist users get free access during our beta period. Once we launch publicly, you'll be grandfathered into early-adopter pricing — significantly lower than our standard rates.
Which cloud providers do you support?
We're launching with AWS support first. GCP and Azure support will follow in Phase 2. Multi-cloud orchestration is on our roadmap for late 2026.
Do I need to change my existing infrastructure?
No. Zeroo works alongside your existing setup. You can gradually migrate workflows to AI-managed infrastructure at your own pace.
How does billing work?
Pro plans are billed monthly or annually (save 20% with annual). Enterprise plans are custom-quoted based on your infrastructure scale and requirements.
Is my infrastructure data secure?
Yes. We never store your cloud credentials. All connections use temporary, scoped IAM roles. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC2 and HIPAA compliance are built-in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your infrastructure continues running — you just lose the AI management layer.
